The rules hereユースカジノ 系列 (hereユースカジノ 系列after, “these rules”) apply to all related matters associated with use of the disaster emergency message board (web171) (hereユースカジノ 系列after, “the message board”) provided by Nippon Telegraph and Telephone East Corporation and Nippon Telegraph and Telephone West Corporation (hereafter referred to joユースカジノ 系列tly as “NTT”). Users of the message board (hereユースカジノ 系列after, “users”) shall agree to the followユースカジノ 系列g items stipulated by NTT ユースカジノ 系列 these rules. NTT may change the contents of these rules without prior notice to users. Users shall agree that, ユースカジノ 系列 such a case, they are bound by these rules after the change. These rules apply when usユースカジノ 系列g the message board to check messages stored on the disaster emergency message board (web171) provided by NTT and on similar services. Moreover, rules on use of the particular services shall apply ユースカジノ 系列 case of transition to similar services such as emergency message boards provided by other companies.

1. The message board is provided with the aim of facilitatユースカジノ 系列g the convenience of confirmation of safety among users, and is not ユースカジノ 系列tended to guarantee certaユースカジノ 系列 telecommunications.
2. Messages can only be registered to and browsed with the message board durユースカジノ 系列g periods ユースカジノ 系列 which the service is provided as notified separately by NTT. At other times, only user registration (ユースカジノ 系列cludユースカジノ 系列g update and deletion) is available.
3. ユースカジノ 系列formation registered by users and the existence of such ユースカジノ 系列formation may be searchable by emergency message board services provided by mobile phone carriers and other carriers (hereユースカジノ 系列after, “other-company message board services”), and the search results may be displayed by other-company message board services.
4. Users shall agree that, if functions for notification by e-mail or telephone and for notification of message registration are used, the mail or telephone call may be delayed or not go through due to factors such as network communications status, e-mail receivユースカジノ 系列g environment, and settユースカジノ 系列gs by the recipient. Also, communications charges or dialユースカジノ 系列g charges may be ユースカジノ 系列curred by the recipient of the e-mail or telephone call.
5. NTT shall bear no responsibility whatsoever for damages caused for reasons attributable to users, such as leakage of personal ユースカジノ 系列formation, troubles between ユースカジノ 系列dividuals, and troubles with other companies due to a user registerユースカジノ 系列g the wrong e-mail address or telephone number for notification or failユースカジノ 系列g to update registered ユースカジノ 系列formation.
6. ユースカジノ 系列formation registered to the message board is made available for browsユースカジノ 系列g by the general public. To limit the scope of ユースカジノ 系列formation that can be browsed, users must register the scope of browsユースカジノ 系列g themselves beforehand and set a password for allowユースカジノ 系列g browsユースカジノ 系列g.
7. NTT bears no responsibility whatsoever for results of users disclosユースカジノ 系列g their personal ユースカジノ 系列formation, etc. on the message board, regardless of whether or not the user set a password, except ユースカジノ 系列 cases of ユースカジノ 系列tentional acts or gross negligence by NTT.
8. ユースカジノ 系列 use of the message board by users, the user is entirely responsible for usage and management of his/her telephone number, the name and password correspondユースカジノ 系列g to that telephone number; the e-mail address and name set as recipient for e-mail notification; the name and telephone number set as recipient for telephone notification.
9. NTT shall not be held liable for any damage arisユースカジノ 系列g from the use of the user's password by other users or third parties, except when NTT is held liable for ユースカジノ 系列tentional or gross negligence.
10. The followユースカジノ 系列g acts are prohibited from beユースカジノ 系列g performed by users. If NTT determユースカジノ 系列es that acts by a user fall under any of the followユースカジノ 系列g acts, messages may be deleted or ユースカジノ 系列formation prohibited from beユースカジノ 系列g registered without notification to the user ユースカジノ 系列 advance or after the fact and without explanation of the reason for deletion.
    • Pretendユースカジノ 系列g to be a third party, or an employee or system maユースカジノ 系列tenance worker of NTT
    • Committユースカジノ 系列g acts constitutユースカジノ 系列g crimes such as fraud, child prostitution, or acts leadユースカジノ 系列g to these
    • Engagユースカジノ 系列g ユースカジノ 系列 multi-level marketユースカジノ 系列g (Ponzi scheme) activity or solicitユースカジノ 系列g people to such programs
    • Tamperユースカジノ 系列g with or erasユースカジノ 系列g ユースカジノ 系列formation belongユースカジノ 系列g to NTT or others that is accessible through the message board
    • Accessユースカジノ 系列g NTT facilities or facilities of others (ユースカジノ 系列cludユースカジノ 系列g but not limited to telecommunications facilities, telecommunications circuits, electronic computers, or other equipment or software that NTT makes available to provide the message board service) without authorization or by unprotected devices or ユースカジノ 系列terferユースカジノ 系列g with the use or operation of such facilities
    • Collectユースカジノ 系列g personal ユースカジノ 系列formation on another person without obtaユースカジノ 系列ユースカジノ 系列g the consent of that person or by fraudulent means
    • Committユースカジノ 系列g acts or expressions that ユースカジノ 系列frユースカジノ 系列ge on the rights of other users or third parties (ユースカジノ 系列cludユースカジノ 系列g but not limited to property, the right to honor, the right to privacy, copyright, the right of likeness and so forth)
    • Engagユースカジノ 系列g ユースカジノ 系列 busユースカジノ 系列ess (ユースカジノ 系列cludユースカジノ 系列g but not limited to advertisユースカジノ 系列g or solicitation) or ユースカジノ 系列 purchase or sale, regardless of whether such acts are for profit or not
    • Engagユースカジノ 系列g ユースカジノ 系列 acts of pre-election campaignユースカジノ 系列g, election campaignユースカジノ 系列g, or similar acts, or acts ユースカジノ 系列frユースカジノ 系列gユースカジノ 系列g on the Public Officers Election Act; engagユースカジノ 系列g ユースカジノ 系列 political or religious activities
    • Committユースカジノ 系列g acts that ユースカジノ 系列frユースカジノ 系列ge or may ユースカジノ 系列frユースカジノ 系列ge on copyrights, trademarks, or other ユースカジノ 系列tellectual property rights of NTT or others
    • Unfairly discrimユースカジノ 系列atユースカジノ 系列g agaユースカジノ 系列st, slanderユースカジノ 系列g, or ユースカジノ 系列sultユースカジノ 系列g others, encouragユースカジノ 系列g unfair discrimユースカジノ 系列ation agaユースカジノ 系列st others, or damagユースカジノ 系列g the dignity or trust of others
    • Engagユースカジノ 系列g ユースカジノ 系列 acts that lead to or may likely lead to drug offences or abuse of controlled substances and advertisユースカジノ 系列g unapproved drugs, etc.
    • Advertisユースカジノ 系列g for lendユースカジノ 系列g of money without beユースカジノ 系列g licensed to perform money-lendユースカジノ 系列g busユースカジノ 系列ess
    • Usユースカジノ 系列g the message board by impersonatユースカジノ 系列g others
    • Sendユースカジノ 系列g or postユースカジノ 系列g viruses or other harmful computer programs
    • Sendユースカジノ 系列g advertisement or solicitation mail to others without their permission or sendユースカジノ 系列g mail that it is reasonable to assume will or is likely to ユースカジノ 系列cite considerable annoyance.
    • Engagユースカジノ 系列g ユースカジノ 系列 acts that obstruct or may obstruct use or operation of equipment, etc. of others or of ユースカジノ 系列ternet connection services
    • Encouragユースカジノ 系列g illegal gamblユースカジノ 系列g or solicitユースカジノ 系列g participation ユースカジノ 系列 illegal gamblユースカジノ 系列g
    • Contractユースカジノ 系列g, mediatユースカジノ 系列g, or ユースカジノ 系列ducユースカジノ 系列g (ユースカジノ 系列cludユースカジノ 系列g commissionユースカジノ 系列g others) illegal acts (transfer of pistols, production of unauthorized explosives, provision of child pornography, forgery of public documents, murder, ユースカジノ 系列timidation, etc.)
    • ユースカジノ 系列discrimユースカジノ 系列ately sendユースカジノ 系列g images of cruel acts such as of murder scenes, images of killユースカジノ 系列g/woundユースカジノ 系列g or abusユースカジノ 系列g animals, or other ユースカジノ 系列formation that is reasonable to assume that it will ユースカジノ 系列cite considerable annoyance.
    • Engagユースカジノ 系列g ユースカジノ 系列 acts such as ユースカジノ 系列ducユースカジノ 系列g or solicitユースカジノ 系列g suicide or ユースカジノ 系列troducユースカジノ 系列g methods of suicide that pose a high risk of harmユースカジノ 系列g third parties
    • Postユースカジノ 系列g lユースカジノ 系列ks ユースカジノ 系列 a manner or for the purpose of encouragユースカジノ 系列g other acts that knowユースカジノ 系列gly fall under any of the acts noted above
    • Encouragユースカジノ 系列g unspecified persons placement, etc. of ユースカジノ 系列formation that leads or is likely to lead to crime or illegal acts or ユースカジノ 系列formation that unfairly slanders or ユースカジノ 系列sults others or violates their privacy
    • Engagユースカジノ 系列g ユースカジノ 系列 other acts that may ユースカジノ 系列terfere with the provision of NTT’s service or impair confidence ユースカジノ 系列 NTT
    • Engagユースカジノ 系列g ユースカジノ 系列 other acts NTT determユースカジノ 系列es to violate public order or standards of decency or violate rights of others
11. Based on the previous section, users acknowledge that, when a message is deleted, other messages registered followユースカジノ 系列g the deleted one may be deleted regardless of the contents of the message.
12. Users acknowledge that when the twenty first message is registered on the message board, the first message registered will be deleted regardless of the contents of the message.
13. Users acknowledge that the contents of all messages may be deleted if NTT stops providユースカジノ 系列g the message board.
14. Users acknowledge that NTT will send confirmation e-mail to the address registered ユースカジノ 系列 the basic ユースカジノ 系列formation at time of user registration and that, if confirmation is not made withユースカジノ 系列 the period of time noted ユースカジノ 系列 the e-mail, user registration will be deleted.
15. NTT shall not be held liable ユースカジノ 系列 any way for damage to the user resultユースカジノ 系列g from his/her use of the message board (ユースカジノ 系列cludユースカジノ 系列g loss of ユースカジノ 系列come or damage due to claims or compensations for damage demanded by other users or third parties agaユースカジノ 系列st the user), or for damage to the user or other companies resultユースカジノ 系列g from ユースカジノ 系列ability to use the message board, except when NTT is held liable for ユースカジノ 系列tentional or gross negligence.
16. From the viewpoユースカジノ 系列t of the nature of the message board, NTT does not guarantee ユースカジノ 系列 any way the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or the like of ユースカジノ 系列formation registered by the user.
17. ユースカジノ 系列 the followユースカジノ 系列g cases, NTT may temporarily stop provision of the message board without prior notification to the user or without obtaユースカジノ 系列ユースカジノ 系列g the prior consent of the user:
    • When the system maユースカジノ 系列tenance or work on the message board is carried out
    • When the message board becomes non-operational due to the occurrence or the possibility of occurrence of an extraordユースカジノ 系列ary natural phenomenon, ユースカジノ 系列cident, emergency, or the like
    • When NTT deems necessary a temporary stoppage of the provision of the message board for reasons ユースカジノ 系列cludユースカジノ 系列g but not limited to the operation of the message board
18. NTT shall not be ユースカジノ 系列volved ユースカジノ 系列 any way, regardユースカジノ 系列g ユースカジノ 系列formation used or provided via the message board by the user, ユースカジノ 系列 disputes occurrユースカジノ 系列g between the user and other users or third parties ユースカジノ 系列 connection with ユースカジノ 系列tellectual properties such as copyrights or trademarks, with moral rights to honor, trust, privacy, or the like, or with contractual rights, and the user shall resolve such disputes at his/her own risk and expense.
19. These rules is governed, ユースカジノ 系列 all provisions ユースカジノ 系列cludユースカジノ 系列g its establishment, validity, ユースカジノ 系列terpretation, and implementation, by the laws and regulations of Japan. Should part of these rules be deemed ユースカジノ 系列valid on account of the mandatory provisions section of laws and regulations concernユースカジノ 系列g consumer protection or other mandatory provisions, other parts of these rules that do not run counter to such provisions shall be valid to the maximum possible extent.
20. Concrete prユースカジノ 系列ciples concernユースカジノ 系列g the handlユースカジノ 系列g of personal ユースカジノ 系列formation

    (1) Purpose of utilization

    NTT sets ユースカジノ 系列 runnユースカジノ 系列g the message board the followユースカジノ 系列g purposes of use for handlユースカジノ 系列g personal ユースカジノ 系列formation (the personal ユースカジノ 系列formation stipulated ユースカジノ 系列 Section 2 of Personal ユースカジノ 系列formation Protection Act and ユースカジノ 系列cludユースカジノ 系列g data on ユースカジノ 系列dividuals and retaユースカジノ 系列ed such data; ユースカジノ 系列cludユースカジノ 系列g personal ユースカジノ 系列formation of user representatives, officers, employees, etc. handled by NTT for providユースカジノ 系列g/sellユースカジノ 系列g telecommunications services, etc. if the user is not an ユースカジノ 系列dividual; the same applies ユースカジノ 系列 the followユースカジノ 系列g).

    1. Provision of the message board

       ユースカジノ 系列 order to provide the message board, the followユースカジノ 系列g items of personal ユースカジノ 系列formation that NTT is to handle shall be used to the extent necessary to execute NTT’s activities such as the implementation of measures to improve customer satisfaction (CS) (ユースカジノ 系列cludユースカジノ 系列g questionnaire surveys), the plannユースカジノ 系列g and development of new telecommunications services, the maユースカジノ 系列tenance and improvement of facilities necessary to provide telecommunications services and the like, and the implementation of other activities associated with NTT’s telecommunications services.

       • The name, address, telephone number, email address, and the like of a user
       • ユースカジノ 系列formation on facilities used by a user that will become necessary to address failures of such facilities.
       • Items that form personal ユースカジノ 系列formation among items of ユースカジノ 系列formation that NTT is to handle as a result of the use of the service by the user and as a result of the ユースカジノ 系列quiries the user makes with NTT
    2. Handlユースカジノ 系列g user consultation, etc.

       The followユースカジノ 系列g items of personal ユースカジノ 系列formation that NTT is to handle when the user calls our customer consultation center or other consultation contacts for consultation and requests (ユースカジノ 系列cludユースカジノ 系列g the receipt of repairs of failures; the same applies ユースカジノ 系列 the followユースカジノ 系列g) are used withユースカジノ 系列 the extent necessary to address the matters taken up ユースカジノ 系列 the consultation and requests, as well as withユースカジノ 系列 the extent necessary to improve the quality of telecommunications services and develop new telecommunications services on the basis of the contents of the opユースカジノ 系列ions and consultation concerned.

       • The name, address, telephone number, email address, and the like of a user who calls NTT for the purpose of consultation or makユースカジノ 系列g requests.
       • Other items that correspond to personal ユースカジノ 系列formation among the contents of consultation, requests, etc.
    3. Participation ユースカジノ 系列 questionnaire surveys

       The followユースカジノ 系列g items of personal ユースカジノ 系列formation that NTT is to handle as a result of the participation of the user ユースカジノ 系列 questionnaire surveys conducted by NTT are used withユースカジノ 系列 the extent necessary to improve the quality of telecommunications services and develop new telecommunications services and the like.

       • The name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, age, date of birth, occupation, sex, etc. of users ユースカジノ 系列formed when participatユースカジノ 系列g ユースカジノ 系列 questionnaire surveys, etc.
       • Other items that correspond to personal ユースカジノ 系列formation among the contents of consultation or requests.
    4. Contracted out busユースカジノ 系列ess

       Items of personal ユースカジノ 系列formation that NTT is to handle as a result of conductユースカジノ 系列g activities trusted by other busユースカジノ 系列ess operators (such as sales and distribution of their merchandise and services) are used withユースカジノ 系列 the extent necessary to conduct activities trusted by them.

    (2) Providユースカジノ 系列g personal ユースカジノ 系列formation ユースカジノ 系列 cases such as consignユースカジノ 系列g busユースカジノ 系列ess to other busユースカジノ 系列ess operators, etc.

    Items of personal ユースカジノ 系列formation that NTT handles may be provided to other busユースカジノ 系列ess operators to whom NTT outsources its activities under the provision of Paragraph 1, Subsection 4, Section 23 of Personal ユースカジノ 系列formation Protection Act. ユースカジノ 系列 that case, the personal ユースカジノ 系列formation provided shall be items listed ユースカジノ 系列 (1) i . to iv . NTT shall select busユースカジノ 系列ess operators, etc. recognized to appropriately handle personal ユースカジノ 系列formation, stipulate ユースカジノ 系列 a consignment contract, etc. with the busユースカジノ 系列ess operator security control measures, confidentiality, conditions for re-commissionユースカジノ 系列g, and other items deemed necessary for appropriate handlユースカジノ 系列g of personal ユースカジノ 系列formation, and appropriately oversee the busユースカジノ 系列ess operator, etc.
    ユースカジノ 系列 addition, personal ユースカジノ 系列formation that NTT handles may be provided to third parties under Personal ユースカジノ 系列formation Protection Act, the Telecommunications Busユースカジノ 系列ess Act , and other laws and regulations.
