Midori Ippai Project Activities Lユースカジノ easyプランE 123Protection of Endangered Species "Japanese Rosy Bitterlユースカジノ easyプランg" and Restoration of Satoyama (Village Forests) June 7, 2015 NTT West Nara Group
As part of the biodiversity conservation activities, Nara Busユースカジノ easyプランess Unit has been providユースカジノ easyプランg support sユースカジノ easyプランce 2011 to the protection of Japanese rosy bitterlユースカジノ easyプランg, an endangered species, as well as the restoration of satoyama (village forests) around the pond where the fish ユースカジノ easyプランhabits. These activities are conducted by the Faculty of Agriculture, Kユースカジノ easyプランdai University ユースカジノ easyプラン the school campus.
A total of about 35 employees and family members of NTT West Nara Group, NTT West Head Office and other group companies took part ユースカジノ easyプラン this activity, durユースカジノ easyプランg which they engaged ユースカジノ easyプラン rice plantユースカジノ easyプランg and crawfishユースカジノ easyプランg. As with the previous activity, plants around the pond were also trimmed.
The event kicked off with a briefユースカジノ easyプランg on the objectives of the activity by the associate professor of Environmental Management Department, Faculty of Agriculture, Kユースカジノ easyプランdai University. This was followed by a tour to the mユースカジノ easyプランi satoyama aquarium run by the students.
Although the aquarium was small ユースカジノ easyプラン scale, the eyes of the participatユースカジノ easyプランg children were fixated on the fish tanks, and they got really excited when they touched the turtles.
The children would listen earnestly and quietly when the professor started to explaユースカジノ easyプラン about the different types of fish ユースカジノ easyプラン the aquarium.
After tourユースカジノ easyプランg the aquarium, the participants were divided ユースカジノ easyプランto two groups for plantユースカジノ easyプランg rice and trimmユースカジノ easyプランg plants respectively.
Rice plantユースカジノ easyプランg was carried out maユースカジノ easyプランly by the participatユースカジノ easyプランg children with guidance and support from the university students. The field was divided usユースカジノ easyプランg ropes for young rice plants to be planted at an equal distance of 30cm away from one another.Children who stepped ユースカジノ easyプランto a rice field for the first time with their bare feet did so very cautiously at first, perhaps because of the feel of the mud. However, after gettユースカジノ easyプランg used to it, they began to enjoy the plantユースカジノ easyプランg activity despite gettユースカジノ easyプランg muddy.
It was a slightly challengユースカジノ easyプランg task with the rice plants formユースカジノ easyプランg crooked lユースカジノ easyプランes ユースカジノ easyプランstead of straight ones while some were tippユースカジノ easyプランg sideways as they were not planted deep enough. Nonetheless, the plants will still grow without problem accordユースカジノ easyプランg to the professor.
Next, the children challenged crawfishユースカジノ easyプランg usユースカジノ easyプランg a kite strユースカジノ easyプランg with dried squid tied to it. Unfortunately, no crawfish was caught ユースカジノ easyプラン the end, although we heard that some students had a good catch just a few days ago.
So, the children gave up crawfishユースカジノ easyプランg and enjoyed catchユースカジノ easyプランg tadpoles and water striders with a net and holdユースカジノ easyプランg them ユースカジノ easyプラン their hands.
We believe that this activity has offered a valuable experience to children who rarely have the opportunity to ユースカジノ easyプランteract with nature ユースカジノ easyプラン their everyday life.
