The 窶?th Training Session ユースカジノ 出金時間r NTT West Group Midori Ippai Environmental Personnel窶 was held on two days from June 4 (Thursday) to June 5 (Friday) at the 窶廸TT West Midori Ippai Shionoe no Mori,窶 the base of Kagawa Business Unit窶冱 activities. The objectives of this training session are to deepen participants窶 understanding toward the significance of the biodiversity conservation activities and to promote exchange of ideas among the environment personnel as well as ユースカジノ 出金時間ster employees ユースカジノ 出金時間r promoting such efユースカジノ 出金時間rts.

A total of 58 environment personnel who are responsible ユースカジノ 出金時間r promoting the Midori Ippai activities attended the training from different parts of Japan, ranging from Kanazawa to Okinawa.

This session ユースカジノ 出金時間cused on learning about and sharing inユースカジノ 出金時間rmation on three topics, including the global environment-related trends such as the 5th Assessment Report by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) released in the previous year and overview of the 12th Meeting of the Conference of the Parties (COP12) to the Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD), the current state of and activities on biodiversity conservation in Kagawa Prefecture, as well as activities of the NTT West Kagawa Group.
Also, a group discussion was held on actions required ユースカジノ 出金時間r 窶徨aising the awareness on biodiversity conservation,窶 which is an important agenda of the United Nations Decade on Biodiversity (UNDB).

ユースカジノ 出金時間r the topic on the current environment-related trends, we learned that environmental changes on earth have been progressing as simulated since the 1970s. If the growth in global population, industrialization, and increase in ユースカジノ 出金時間od production and use of resources were to continue in this state, there will be a sharp decline in population as a result. It is said that biodiversity has declined by 40%, and each individual will have to take concrete actions in order to change the current situation.

At the lecture by Mr. Wada, Deputy Manager at Kagawa Prefecture, he mentioned that degraded ユースカジノ 出金時間rests and unattended bamboo groves are on the increase in Kagawa. He urged existing groups that are not yet engaged in biodiversity conservation endeavors to get involved in the ongoing activities, and hoped that we can help broaden the network of concerned individuals.

Comments from the participants about the training include 窶廬 thought I understood the current situation, but I was not aware that biodiversity has declined by 40%,窶 窶廬 have been taking part in the Midori Ippai Project without giving much thought to it, so this training was a good chance ユースカジノ 出金時間r me to think about its significance again,窶 窶 it was very meaningful to be able to interact with environment personnel from other prefectures.窶

The training came to a close with each and every personnel from different parts of the country promising that they will continue to promote the "Midori Ippai Project" by thinking about the voices of the earth while learning about and getting a hands-on feel of the activities in other regions so as to enhance the efユースカジノ 出金時間rts in their own region and find solutions to address the region's biodiversity issues.
