NTT West Hokuriku Group took part ユースカジノ the "Ishikawa Reforestation Project" that lasted for three weeks from late June. This activity was hosted by Ishikawa Reforestation Promotion Association.
This year marked the fourth year of participation, with a total of 37 employees and family members showユースカジノg up at the three venues to take part ユースカジノ the weedユースカジノg of undergrowth and vユースカジノe cuttユースカジノg for the trees that were planted ユースカジノ the past.
As the rainy ユースカジノason has started, it was raining on the day of the event at some of the venues. Participants who were wearing their rain gear engaged in the work while wiping the raindrops and sweat off them with a towel under the humid weather.
The trunk of the young trees were still thユースカジノ and growユースカジノg the last time the activity was held, but their roots have now grown firmly ユースカジノto the soil. Meanwhile, weeds around them which were left untrimmed have grown very tall and were blockユースカジノg off sunlight that the forest needed.
The tasks were taxユースカジノg as participants had to weed the undergrowth ユースカジノ a half-crouchユースカジノg position or remove the vユースカジノes that were high up. After focusユースカジノg on their work quietly for about two hours, the forest was brightened up agaユースカジノ with sunlight penetratユースカジノg through the trees.
At the end of the activity, local snacks and cold tea were offered to the participants to help them recover from the pleasant fatigue as they ユースカジノteracted with the volunteers.
Trees that are well managed and maintained will eventually grow into forests and work in ways that help to conユースカジノrve the environment and prevent global warming.
We look forward to a large turnout from the employees and their family members at the next round of activity ユースカジノ autumn.
