On December 16, 2017 (Saturday), an activity to conserve the waterfront areas and cleaning of areas around Manko was held by the "ユースカジノ キャッシュバック Executive Committee."
As with the past year, ユースカジノ キャッシュバック Group participated in this activity for the fourth time as part of its social action program.
Manko is designated by Japan as a Wildlife Protection Area after it became a Ramsar Convention registration wetland site in May 15, 1999. ユースカジノ キャッシュバック an important relay point for migratory birds including waterbirds such as sandpipers, plovers, ducks and black-faced spoonbills.
ユースカジノ キャッシュバック was adopted at an international conference that was held on February 2, 1971 in a city in Iran named Ramsar. Besides the habitat for waterbirds, ユースカジノ キャッシュバック also calls for a wide-scale conservation and restoration of wetlands as part of the ecosystem that supports human lives.
ユースカジノ キャッシュバック day of the event, a total of 114 participants, including employees, family members and retired employees of Okinawa Group, gathered at the Manko Waterbird and Wetland Center before they proceeded to pick up trash such as empty cans and plastic bottles around Manko.
The event was originally scheduled on November 18 (Saturday), but it was postponed due to rainy weather. Although there was concern that the turnout might not be too good ユースカジノ キャッシュバック new date, the number of people who turned up was larger than expected.
This activity also provides an opportunity for participants to get to know more about nature. Many of the participants who showed up with their ユースカジノ キャッシュバック had an unexpectedly good conversation with each other and worked up a good sweat as they engaged in the cleaning work while feeling the importance to maintain the environment of the waterfront areas.
The large amount of trash collected in about an hour of cleaning filled up almost three lightweight trucks, which caught many participants by surprise.
After the activity has ended, the participants enjoyed a meal of curry rice that was prepared in advance while they showed appreciation for each other's efforts. ユースカジノ キャッシュバック came to a close with a group photo-taking session.
