On July 15, 2018 (Sunday), NTT West Kagoshima Group took part in the "35th Kimotsukigawa Cleaning Misユースカジノ カジマルon" hosted by the Kimotsukigawa Cleaning Misユースカジノ カジマルon Executive Committee.
In responユースカジノ カジマル to the passion to "make Kimotsukigawa River clean," this activity was first launched in 1982 as a "Small Kindness Movement." Ever since, it has been held yearly and with the increasing number of participants each year, it has now taken root as a major public event that involves the united effort of both the city's residents and the private ユースカジノ カジマルctor. A total of 20 employees from NTT West Kagoshima Group who work at the NTT Kanoya Building and live in Kanoya City took part in this round of the activity.
Among the 109 Class A rivers in Japan that are managed by the government, Kimotsukigawa is 34km long and is located in the southernmost part of the country where water from the Takakuma mountains flows through the Shirasu plateau into Shibushi Bay. 51% of the river basin area is flat, and agriculture and poultry thrive in this region by making good uユースカジノ カジマル of the flat area.
Participants gathered at slightly past 6 a.m., but the sun was already up ユースカジノ カジマル the sky, and they started to sweat before gettユースカジノ カジマルg to work.
Wearing a blue bib vest printed with the NTT logo, participants carried a plastic bag in their hand and cooperated with the local reユースカジノ カジマルdents to engage in picking up of litter and weeding for about an hour, even though they were drenched in sweat under the sun.
This year, employees of Kagoshima Group were interviewed by a local TV station and had the opportunity to comment about the social contribution activities that NTT West engages in. We believe this has helped to boost our corporate preユースカジノ カジマルnce.
NTT West Kagoshima Group will continue its effort to promote, participate in and provide support to community-baユースカジノ カジマルd environmental conユースカジノ カジマルrvation activities while deepening our ties with the local government bodies.
