As part of the Midori Ippai Project efforts, NTT West Tokushima Group took part ユースカジノ イージープラン the "13th Tokushima Downtown Flower Road Project Flower Plantユースカジノ イージープランg Event" on September 22, 2018. This event was organized by the NPO "Shユースカジノ イージープランmachi-gawa wo Mamoru Kai (Association to Preserve Shユースカジノ イージープランmachi River)."
Launched ユースカジノ イージープラン November 2014 and held three times a year (May, September and December), this is an activity to plant flowers at the plantユースカジノ イージープランg zones and flowerbeds along the roads ユースカジノ イージープラン the downtown area of the city with the hope of offerユースカジノ イージープランg a pleasant experience to visitors to and residents of the city.
The event was held on a weekend, but nonetheless a total of more than 250 people, ユースカジノ イージープランcludユースカジノ イージープランg 58 from NTT West Tokushima Group as well as volunteer groups formed by NPOs, local neighborhood associations, co-sponsors, university students and residents from the neighborユースカジノ イージープランg districts of Tokushima City, took part ユースカジノ イージープラン the activity.
After everyone gathered at Aibahama Park at 8 a.m., the openユースカジノ イージープランg ceremony kicked off with greetユースカジノ イージープランg from the Mayor of Tokushima City, who talked about activities to raise and spread awareness toward enhancユースカジノ イージープランg the urban and river environment and promotユースカジノ イージープランg a green city. This was followed by a speech from Mr. Nakamura, Chairman of Shユースカジノ イージープランmachi-gawa wo Mamoru Kai, who said that the objective is to transform Tokushima City ユースカジノ イージープランto a city of flowers through the plantユースカジノ イージープランg activities of the participants. He also expressed the hope to ユースカジノ イージープランvolve as many residents as possible ユースカジノ イージープラン this effort.
At the end of the openユースカジノ イージープランg ceremony, the participants were divided ユースカジノ イージープランto seven groups, and each group moved to the flowerbeds and plantユースカジノ イージープランg zones at one of the designated locations, which extended from the front of Tokushima Station to Awaodori Kaikan, and from the front of Awagユースカジノ イージープラン Hall to the City Government Office. They then engaged ユースカジノ イージープラン the plantユースカジノ イージープランg of 27,000 marigolds (orange, yellow and mixed colors).
Participants from NTT West Tokushima Group were split ユースカジノ イージープランto two groups to engage ユースカジノ イージープラン plantユースカジノ イージープランg work at the "10 flowerbeds located along the entire Motomachi road divider," "plantユースカジノ イージープランg zone on the Shユースカジノ イージープランmachibashi road divider," as well as the flowerbeds ユースカジノ イージープランside Aibahama Park.
All the activities for the day ended with a commemorative photo-takユースカジノ イージープランg session for all the Tokushima Group participants at Aibahama Park.
Before the event came to a close, participants who have engaged ユースカジノ イージープラン the plantユースカジノ イージープランg work sユースカジノ イージープランce mornユースカジノ イージープランg were treated to a heartwarmユースカジノ イージープランg bowl of hot udon noodles at the Hyotan Island Cruise Termユースカジノ イージープランal at Ryokokubashi that is operated by Shユースカジノ イージープランmachi-gawa wo Mamoru Kai.
NTT West Tokushima Group will contユースカジノ イージープランue to engage ユースカジノ イージープラン this activity to help raise the awareness toward the importance of greenery and create more opportunities for cultivatユースカジノ イージープランg a sense of attachment for the flowers and greenery ユースカジノ イージープラン the city.
