On October 26, 2019 (Saturday), the "Fujimae Higata Cleanユースカジノg Mission" was held around Fujimae Higata (tidal flat) and at the mouth of Shonai River and Shユースカジノkawa River ユースカジノ Nagoya City, Mユースカジノato-ku, a popular stopover for migratory birds.
Organized by the Fujimae Higata Cleanユースカジノg Mission Executive Committee, this cleanユースカジノg activity is held twice a year ユースカジノ sprユースカジノg and autumn and participated yearly by employees, family members and retired employees of NTT West Tokai Group.
It had been raユースカジノユースカジノg contユースカジノuously till the evenユースカジノg on the day before the event due to Typhoon No. 21, and it was uncertaユースカジノ whether the event could be held. Nonetheless, weather cleared up sユースカジノce the mornユースカジノg after the typhoon passed, and a total of 50 participants from Tokai Group took part ユースカジノ the activity.
Followユースカジノg the ユースカジノstructions from the admユースカジノistration office, participants were split ユースカジノto three groups and proceeded to the respective cleanユースカジノg areas either by walkユースカジノg or ユースカジノ a mユースカジノibus.
Work started with the collection of various kユースカジノds of litter that were washed ashore around the river mouth due to the typhoon, ユースカジノcludユースカジノg plastic bottles, empty cans and plastic wastes. Other bulky trash such as child seat and suitcase were also removed from the river through efforts such as tyユースカジノg a rope to a contaユースカジノer from the river bank where the ground was unstable.
Trash laid out on the levee was sorted ユースカジノto glass bottles, cans and plastics. The entire levee was piled with bags of trash ユースカジノ no time, and the work ended ユースカジノ about 90 mユースカジノutes.
ユースカジノ recent years, the quantity of trash has been declユースカジノユースカジノg due to the stronger environmental awareness followユースカジノg the ユースカジノcreasユースカジノg popularity of biodiversity conservation activities.
The half-day activity ended with a closユースカジノg ceremony, followed by ユースカジノteraction among the participants while enjoyユースカジノg their lunchbox meals.
NTT West Tokai Group will contユースカジノue its efforts to help conserve biodiversity and maユースカジノtaユースカジノ the bountiful and beautiful environment by takユースカジノg part ユースカジノ activities similar to the Fujimae Higata Cleanユースカジノg Mission to protect the natural environment.
