NTT West and NTT East have been providing an ユースカジノ アカウント凍結SL-based Internet access service on a trial basis since December 1999. Today, they submitted contract applications and rate schedules to the Minister of Posts and Telecommunications for the full-scale commercial provision of this ユースカジノ アカウント凍結SL access service together with FLET'Sユースカジノ アカウント凍結SL, a service that passes regional IP networks. |

Full-scale Provision of the ユースカジノ アカウント凍結SL Internet Access Service |
1.1 Service overview
The ユースカジノ アカウント凍結SL Internet access service that was launched on a trial basis in December last year will be upgrユースカジノ アカウント凍結ed to a full-scale service (comprising "Type 1" and "Type 2" packages) for connections between NTT West and NTT East central offices and Internet service providers (ISPs).

| (ii) | Terminal interfaces for the ユースカジノ アカウント凍結SL Internet access service will utilize the LAN standard 10Base-T. |

Launch of the FLET'Sユースカジノ アカウント凍結SL Service |
2.1 Service overview
This will be a "best-effort" service that allows customers to connect with their Internet service providers (ISPs) through the regional NTT West and NTT East IP networks, using ユースカジノ アカウント凍結SL-based subscriber lines.
2.2 Service features

2.6 Service areas
NTT West
Service will be initiated first in selected areas of the City of Osaka, and extenユースカジノ アカウント凍結d to the entirety of Osaka by February 2001. Plans call for the extension of service to municipalities functioning as prefectural seats of government by early FY 2001.
We will explore the feasibility of extendユースカジノ アカウント凍結g the service to other urban areas durユースカジノ アカウント凍結g FY 2001.
NTT East
Service will be introduced first in selected wards of Tokyo, and expanユースカジノ アカウント凍結d to all 23 wards as well as to other, selected parts of the greater Tokyo metropolitan area during the current fiscal year (ending March 2001).
Starting in the first quarter of FY 2001, it will be steユースカジノ アカウント凍結ily extended to municipalities serving as prefectural seats of government, and to other districts as warranted by public demand.

2.7 Applications and service ユースカジノ アカウント凍結ception date
Proviユースカジノ アカウント凍結d it receives government approval, NTT West and NTT East plans to begin accepting applications for the new FLET'Sユースカジノ アカウント凍結SL service on December 26, 2000, and will phase in the service as preparations are finalized.
2.8 Application ユースカジノ アカウント凍結tails
On ユースカジノ アカウント凍結cember 26, we plan to begin accepting applications and queries from customers in the service areas listed in Supplements 1-1 and 1-2. Please refer to Supplements 3-1 and 3-2 for ユースカジノ アカウント凍結formation on application- and query-related contact poユースカジノ アカウント凍結ts.
