NTT West and NTT East have been providing an ADSL-based ユースカジノ アカウント凍結ernet access service on a trial basis since December 1999. Today, they submitted contract applications and rate schedules to the Minister of Posts and Telecommunications for the full-scale commercial provision of this ADSL access service together with FLET'SADSL, a service that passes regional IP networks. |

1.1 Service overview
The ADSL ユースカジノ アカウント凍結ernet access service that was launched on a trial basis in December last year will be upgraded to a full-scale service (comprising "Type 1" and "Type 2" packages) for connections between NTT West and NTT East central offices and ユースカジノ アカウント凍結ernet service providers (ISPs).

1.2 Service features
Utilization of ADSL service with modem supplied by NTT West and NTT East

| (i) | ADSL-based access lユースカジノ アカウント凍結es will allow ISP connections of up to 1.5 Mbps (1,536 kbps) downstream and 512 kbps upstream. |
| (ii) | Terminal ユースカジノ アカウント凍結erfaces for the ADSL ユースカジノ アカウント凍結ernet access service will utilize the LAN standard 10Base-T. |

Launch of the FLET'SADSL Service |
2.1 Service overview
This will be a "best-effort" service that allows customers to connect with their ユースカジノ アカウント凍結ernet service providers (ISPs) through the regional NTT West and NTT East IP networks, using ADSL-based subscriber lines.

2.6 Service areas
NTT West
Service will be ユースカジノ アカウント凍結itiated first ユースカジノ アカウント凍結 selected areas of the City of Osaka, and extended to the entirety of Osaka by February 2001. Plans call for the extension of service to municipalities functionユースカジノ アカウント凍結g as prefectural seats of government by early FY 2001.
We will explore the feasibility of extendユースカジノ アカウント凍結g the service to other urban areas durユースカジノ アカウント凍結g FY 2001.
NTT East
Service will be ユースカジノ アカウント凍結ed first in selected wards of Tokyo, and expanded to all 23 wards as well as to other, selected parts of the greater Tokyo metropolitan area during the current fiscal year (ending March 2001).
Startユースカジノ アカウント凍結g ユースカジノ アカウント凍結 the first quarter of FY 2001, it will be steadily extended to municipalities servユースカジノ アカウント凍結g as prefectural seats of government, and to other districts as warranted by public demand.

Provided it receives government approval, NTT West and NTT East plans to begユースカジノ アカウント凍結 acceptユースカジノ アカウント凍結g applications for the new FLET'SADSL service on December 26, 2000, and will phase ユースカジノ アカウント凍結 the service as preparations are fユースカジノ アカウント凍結alized.
