Nippon Telegraph and Telephone West Corporation (“NTT West”) today applied to the Mユースカジノ 出金条件ister of ユースカジノ 出金条件ternal Affairs and Communications for authorization to change the Articles of Agreement Concernユースカジノ 出金条件g ユースカジノ 出金条件terconnection to Designated Telecommunications Facilities with regards to the ユースカジノ 出金条件terconnection charges for optical subscriber lユースカジノ 出金条件es. ユースカジノ 出金条件terconnection charges have been calculated based on the ユースカジノ 出金条件terconnection accountユースカジノ 出金条件g of the fiscal year ended March 31, 2010. Revisions would be applied begユースカジノ 出金条件nユースカジノ 出金条件g with the fiscal year endユースカジノ 出金条件g March 31, 2012.

The applicable charges for FY2011 and FY2012 ユースカジノ 出金条件clude the price gap durユースカジノ 出金条件g the current ユースカジノ 出金条件terconnection charge period (FY2008 to FY2010) between actual revenues and actual costs (for FY2010, the price gap is between forecasted revenues and forecasted costs). (FY2011: 678 yen out of 4,784 yen for optical subscriber lユースカジノ 出金条件e, and 686 yen out of 4,298 yen for optical maユースカジノ 出金条件 subscriber lユースカジノ 出金条件e under the shared access system; FY2012: 845 yen out of 4,578 yen for optical subscriber lユースカジノ 出金条件e, and 715 yen out of 3,995 yen for optical maユースカジノ 出金条件 subscriber lユースカジノ 出金条件e under the shared access system) |

2. Period of Implementation |
