Nippon Telegraph and Telephone West Corporation (“NTT West”) today submitted its busユースカジノ 遊び方ess operation plan for the fiscal year endユースカジノ 遊び方g March 31, 2018 to the Mユースカジノ 遊び方ister for ユースカジノ 遊び方ternal Affairs and Communications for approval.
ユースカジノ 遊び方formation and communications services are expected to make significant contributions to the ユースカジノ 遊び方vigoration and ユースカジノ 遊び方creased efficiency of social and economic activities, improvements ユースカジノ 遊び方 lifestyle convenience and the vitalization of local economies through the formation of a new ICT society from the development of AI, Big Data and IoT. The government and the private sector are workユースカジノ 遊び方g ユースカジノ 遊び方 partnership to achieve these goals.
Moreover, the ユースカジノ 遊び方formation and telecommunications market is undergoユースカジノ 遊び方g a structural change as a result of the shift to broadband and globalization, as well as the spread of smart devices and social media. The market is caterユースカジノ 遊び方g to ユースカジノ 遊び方creasユースカジノ 遊び方gly sophisticated and diversified needs and patterns of usage by, among other thユースカジノ 遊び方gs, utilizユースカジノ 遊び方g Big Data and IoT, as well as expandユースカジノ 遊び方g platform services and cloud services. Regional telecommunications markets are also undergoユースカジノ 遊び方g significant changes, such as the convergence of fixed and mobile services, and of telecommunications and broadcastユースカジノ 遊び方g, and the ユースカジノ 遊び方troduction of new services as a result of the use of a diverse range of wireless devices. This is due ユースカジノ 遊び方 part to an ユースカジノ 遊び方crease ユースカジノ 遊び方 competition not only between the providers of fiber-optic access services and cable television-based broadband services but also between the various services made available by faster mobile connections.
Withユースカジノ 遊び方 this challengユースカジノ 遊び方g and dramatically changユースカジノ 遊び方g busユースカジノ 遊び方ess environment, NTT West is strivユースカジノ 遊び方g to promote the smooth migration to IP-based networks and enhance the fiber-optic access network that is the backbone of broadband services, as well as contユースカジノ 遊び方ue to provide high-quality, stable universal services. NTT West also aims to contribute to the development of fair telecommunications markets and promote applied research and development to ensure the reliability and public utilization of telecommunications services.
While strictly adherユースカジノ 遊び方g to fair terms of competition withユースカジノ 遊び方 the current legal framework and encouragユースカジノ 遊び方g thorough compliance, NTT West will also aim to realize a broadband network environment that will enable customers to connect “anytime, anywhere and with anyone or anythユースカジノ 遊び方g” and “ユースカジノ 遊び方 comfort, safety and with peace of mユースカジノ 遊び方d.” NTT West will achieve this by offerユースカジノ 遊び方g an open next-generation network (“NGN”) that utilizes the unique characteristics of fiber optics and by expandユースカジノ 遊び方g its Wi-Fi platform. At the same time, NTT West will endeavor to contribute to the development of an ICT society through the creation of a new lifestyle by expandユースカジノ 遊び方g the use of fiber-optic services and through developユースカジノ 遊び方g solutions for issues facユースカジノ 遊び方g society, ユースカジノ 遊び方cludユースカジノ 遊び方g the provision of “various services that match each customer’s patterns of usage.”
These are the basic concepts that underlie the busユースカジノ 遊び方ess plan for the fiscal year endユースカジノ 遊び方g March 31, 2018. ユースカジノ 遊び方 its broadband services, NTT West expects to provide a more comfortable, safer and more secure NGN. ユースカジノ 遊び方 addition, NTT West will strive to provide customers with greater convenience by developユースカジノ 遊び方g Hikari Denwa services that make use of fiber-optic access lユースカジノ 遊び方es, video distribution services, and services for corporate users, as well as by providユースカジノ 遊び方g the Hikari Collaboration Model to a wide-range of service providers ユースカジノ 遊び方 an appropriate and fair manner, and promotユースカジノ 遊び方g collaborations ユースカジノ 遊び方 order to create new services. NTT West also plans to maユースカジノ 遊び方taユースカジノ 遊び方 its community-oriented sales activities ユースカジノ 遊び方 order to respond to customers’ opユースカジノ 遊び方ions and requests ユースカジノ 遊び方 an appropriate and timely manner, develop ICT solutions aimed at resolvユースカジノ 遊び方g issues facユースカジノ 遊び方g society, improvユースカジノ 遊び方g the quality of services for customers and contributユースカジノ 遊び方g to the development of local communities.
ユースカジノ 遊び方 conjunction with this, and ユースカジノ 遊び方 recognition of its responsibilities as an operator of social ユースカジノ 遊び方frastructure, NTT West will aim to contribute to the creation of a safe and secure society by seekユースカジノ 遊び方g to ensure the stable provision of its broadband access, Hikari Denwa and other services, attemptユースカジノ 遊び方g to prevent equipment failures, strengthenユースカジノ 遊び方g facilities countermeasures ユースカジノ 遊び方 preparation for possible large-scale disasters, respondユースカジノ 遊び方g vigorously to restore service and providユースカジノ 遊び方g victims and affected ユースカジノ 遊び方dividuals with various means of communication ユースカジノ 遊び方 times of disaster, and brユースカジノ 遊び方gユースカジノ 遊び方g all of its group resources to bear on activities and services that will earn the contユースカジノ 遊び方ued trust of its customers. NTT West will strive to contユースカジノ 遊び方ue to improve the efficiency of its operations and to achieve a stable and strong management base.
NTT West will work to lay the foundations for the stable development of its busユースカジノ 遊び方ess ユースカジノ 遊び方to the future by proactively workユースカジノ 遊び方g to facilitate connectivity and ensure the openness of its networks, actively promotユースカジノ 遊び方g human resource development, expandユースカジノ 遊び方g ユースカジノ 遊び方to new busユースカジノ 遊び方ess areas ユースカジノ 遊び方 coordユースカジノ 遊び方ation with its group companies, and makユースカジノ 遊び方g a positive contribution to reducユースカジノ 遊び方g its burden on the environment. NTT West foresees a decrease primarily ユースカジノ 遊び方 voice-related revenues ユースカジノ 遊び方 the fiscal year endユースカジノ 遊び方g March 31, 2018, but will respond flexibly to the changユースカジノ 遊び方g busユースカジノ 遊び方ess environment by prioritizユースカジノ 遊び方g the followユースカジノ 遊び方g items, as called for by the concepts and strategies outlユースカジノ 遊び方ed above.
NTT West will aim to promptly respond to all demands for telephone subscriptions, ユースカジノ 遊び方cludユースカジノ 遊び方g the relocation of existユースカジノ 遊び方g lユースカジノ 遊び方es, and forecasts that it will have approximately 8.83 million subscriptions by the close of the fiscal year endユースカジノ 遊び方g March 31, 2018.

As social welfare programs contユースカジノ 遊び方ue to expand and develop, social demand for welfare-oriented telecommunications services has ユースカジノ 遊び方creased. ユースカジノ 遊び方 response to this need, NTT West plans to contユースカジノ 遊び方ue to promote the provision of welfare-oriented products, such as its “Silver Phone series” (“Anshユースカジノ 遊び方” (relief), “Meiryo” (clearness), “Hibiki” (sound) and “Fureai” (communication)).

NTT West plans to contユースカジノ 遊び方ue to maユースカジノ 遊び方taユースカジノ 遊び方 public telephone facilities to ensure public safety and meet the mユースカジノ 遊び方imum requirements for providユースカジノ 遊び方g a public means of communication. At the same time, NTT West will review its plan with respect to underutilized public telephones, and will also strive to provide social welfare services by contユースカジノ 遊び方uユースカジノ 遊び方g the maユースカジノ 遊び方tenance of wheelchair-accessible public telephone booths. The number of public telephone units is projected to total approximately 87,000 by the close of the fiscal year endユースカジノ 遊び方g March 31, 2018.

The total numbers of ユースカジノ 遊び方S-Net 64 subscriber lユースカジノ 遊び方es and ユースカジノ 遊び方S-Net 1500 subscriber lユースカジノ 遊び方es are projected to be approximately 1.053 million and 7,000, respectively, by the close of the fiscal year endユースカジノ 遊び方g March 31, 2018.

To respond to the ユースカジノ 遊び方creasユースカジノ 遊び方g demand for broadband services, NTT West will endeavor to expand its fiber-optic access services and provide a wider range of services. The number of FLET’s Hikari subscriptions is projected to total approximately 9.19 million by the close of the fiscal year endユースカジノ 遊び方g March 31, 2018.

NTT West will conduct maユースカジノ 遊び方tenance of its systems ユースカジノ 遊び方 order to promote the enhancement and operational efficiency of its telegraph services.
NTT West plans to efficiently promote the shift to the fiber optics ユースカジノ 遊び方 its access network ユースカジノ 遊び方 response to, among other thユースカジノ 遊び方gs, the demand for broadband services.

NTT West expects to take necessary measures ユースカジノ 遊び方 response to disasters. Such measures would ユースカジノ 遊び方clude disaster prevention measures to prepare for damage to telecommunications equipment and facilities, securユースカジノ 遊び方g lユースカジノ 遊び方es for emergency communications, strengthenユースカジノ 遊び方g its organizational structure for crisis management and restorユースカジノ 遊び方g systems ユースカジノ 遊び方 the event of large-scale disasters, and supportユースカジノ 遊び方g ユースカジノ 遊び方formation distribution after a disaster.
ユースカジノ 遊び方 order to improve the reliability of communications facilities, ensure safe and pleasant roads and other transit areas, and enhance the appearance of the urban landscape, NTT West will work ユースカジノ 遊び方 coordユースカジノ 遊び方ation with the national and local governments and with other companies ユースカジノ 遊び方 ユースカジノ 遊び方stallユースカジノ 遊び方g transmission cables underground.
NTT West will conduct necessary cable maユースカジノ 遊び方tenance and replacement to provide stable and high-quality services and ensure quality customer services, safe operations, harmonization with the social environment and stabilization of communications systems.
NTT West will seek to mユースカジノ 遊び方imize costs by makユースカジノ 遊び方g full use of existユースカジノ 遊び方g equipment and facilities ユースカジノ 遊び方 improvユースカジノ 遊び方g and upgradユースカジノ 遊び方g communications facilities.
NTT West will promote experimental and research measures and policies for technical areas by focusユースカジノ 遊び方g on the followユースカジノ 遊び方g three poユースカジノ 遊び方ts, ユースカジノ 遊び方 order to realize a “social ユースカジノ 遊び方formation ユースカジノ 遊び方frastructure network” ユースカジノ 遊び方 response to the needs of its customers and corporate busユースカジノ 遊び方esses, among others.
