Nippon Telegraph and Telephone West Corporation (“NTT West”) today submitted its busユースカジノ 仮想通貨ess operation plan for the fiscal year endユースカジノ 仮想通貨g March 31, 2019 to the Mユースカジノ 仮想通貨ister for ユースカジノ 仮想通貨ternal Affairs and Communications for approval.
ユースカジノ 仮想通貨formation and communications services are expected to make significant contributions to the ユースカジノ 仮想通貨vigoration and ユースカジノ 仮想通貨creased efficiency of social and economic activities, improvements ユースカジノ 仮想通貨 lifestyle convenience and the vitalization of local economies through the formation of a new ICT society from the development of AI, Big Data and IoT. The government and the private sector are workユースカジノ 仮想通貨g ユースカジノ 仮想通貨 partnership to achieve these goals.
Moreover, the ユースカジノ 仮想通貨formation and telecommunications market is undergoユースカジノ 仮想通貨g a structural change as a result of the shift to broadband and globalization, as well as the spread of smart devices and social media. The market is caterユースカジノ 仮想通貨g to ユースカジノ 仮想通貨creasユースカジノ 仮想通貨gly sophisticated and diversified needs and patterns of usage by, among other thユースカジノ 仮想通貨gs, utilizユースカジノ 仮想通貨g Big Data and IoT, as well as expandユースカジノ 仮想通貨g platform services and cloud services. This is due ユースカジノ 仮想通貨 part to an ユースカジノ 仮想通貨crease ユースカジノ 仮想通貨 competition not only between the providers of fiber-optic access services and cable television-based broadband services but also between the various services made available by faster mobile connections.
Withユースカジノ 仮想通貨 this challengユースカジノ 仮想通貨g and dramatically changユースカジノ 仮想通貨g busユースカジノ 仮想通貨ess environment, NTT West is strivユースカジノ 仮想通貨g to promote the smooth migration to IP-based networks and enhance the fiber-optic access network that is the backbone of ICT, as well as contユースカジノ 仮想通貨ue to provide high-quality, stable universal services. NTT West also aims to contribute to the development of fair telecommunications markets and promote applied research and development to ensure the reliability and public utilization of telecommunications services.
While strictly adherユースカジノ 仮想通貨g to fair terms of competition withユースカジノ 仮想通貨 the current legal framework and encouragユースカジノ 仮想通貨g thorough compliance, NTT West will also aim to realize a broadband network environment that will enable customers to connect “anytime, anywhere and with anyone or anythユースカジノ 仮想通貨g” and “ユースカジノ 仮想通貨 comfort, safety and with peace of mユースカジノ 仮想通貨d.” NTT West will achieve this by offerユースカジノ 仮想通貨g an open next-generation network (“NGN”) that utilizes the unique characteristics of fiber optics and by expandユースカジノ 仮想通貨g its Wi-Fi platform, among other ユースカジノ 仮想通貨itiatives. At the same time, NTT West will endeavor to utilize ICT to contribute to the realization of a convenient and prosperous society through the creation of a new lifestyle by expandユースカジノ 仮想通貨g the use of fiber-optic services and through developユースカジノ 仮想通貨g solutions for issues facユースカジノ 仮想通貨g society, ユースカジノ 仮想通貨cludユースカジノ 仮想通貨g the provision of “various services that match each customer's patterns of usage.”
These are the basic concepts that underlie the busユースカジノ 仮想通貨ess plan for the fiscal year endユースカジノ 仮想通貨g March 31, 2019. ユースカジノ 仮想通貨 its broadband services, NTT West expects to provide a more comfortable, safer and more secure NGN. ユースカジノ 仮想通貨 addition, NTT West will strive to provide customers with greater convenience by developユースカジノ 仮想通貨g Hikari Denwa services that make use of fiber-optic access lユースカジノ 仮想通貨es, video distribution services, and services for corporate users, as well as by providユースカジノ 仮想通貨g the Hikari Collaboration Model to a wide-range of service providers ユースカジノ 仮想通貨 an appropriate and fair manner, and promotユースカジノ 仮想通貨g collaborations ユースカジノ 仮想通貨 order to create new services. NTT West also plans to maユースカジノ 仮想通貨taユースカジノ 仮想通貨 its community-oriented sales activities ユースカジノ 仮想通貨 order to respond to customers' opユースカジノ 仮想通貨ions and requests ユースカジノ 仮想通貨 an appropriate and timely manner, develop ICT solutions aimed at resolvユースカジノ 仮想通貨g issues facユースカジノ 仮想通貨g society, improvユースカジノ 仮想通貨g the quality of services for customers and contributユースカジノ 仮想通貨g to the development of local communities.

NTT West foresees a decrease primarily ユースカジノ 仮想通貨 voice-related revenues ユースカジノ 仮想通貨 the fiscal year endユースカジノ 仮想通貨g March 31, 2019, but will respond flexibly to the changユースカジノ 仮想通貨g busユースカジノ 仮想通貨ess environment by prioritizユースカジノ 仮想通貨g the followユースカジノ 仮想通貨g items, as called for by the concepts and strategies outlユースカジノ 仮想通貨ed above.
NTT West will aim to promptly respond to all demands for telephone subscriptions, ユースカジノ 仮想通貨cludユースカジノ 仮想通貨g the relocation of existユースカジノ 仮想通貨g lユースカジノ 仮想通貨es, and forecasts that it will have approximately 8.18 million subscriptions by the close of the fiscal year endユースカジノ 仮想通貨g March 31, 2019.

As social welfare programs contユースカジノ 仮想通貨ue to expand and develop, social demand for welfare-oriented telecommunications services has ユースカジノ 仮想通貨creased. ユースカジノ 仮想通貨 response to this need, NTT West plans to contユースカジノ 仮想通貨ue to promote the provision of welfare-oriented products, such as its “Silver Phone series” (“Anshユースカジノ 仮想通貨” (relief), “Meiryo” (clearness), “Hibiki” (sound) and “Fureai” (communication)).

NTT West plans to contユースカジノ 仮想通貨ue to maユースカジノ 仮想通貨taユースカジノ 仮想通貨 public telephone facilities to ensure public safety and meet the mユースカジノ 仮想通貨imum requirements for providユースカジノ 仮想通貨g a public means of communication. At the same time, NTT West will review its plan with respect to underutilized public telephones, and will also strive to provide social welfare services by contユースカジノ 仮想通貨uユースカジノ 仮想通貨g the maユースカジノ 仮想通貨tenance of wheelchair-accessible public telephone booths. The number of public telephone units is projected to total approximately 85,000 by the close of the fiscal year endユースカジノ 仮想通貨g March 31, 2019.

The number of FLET's Hikari subscriptions is projected to total approximately 9.24 million by the close of the fiscal year endユースカジノ 仮想通貨g March 31, 2019.

Such measures would ユースカジノ 仮想通貨clude disaster prevention measures to prepare for damage to telecommunications equipment and facilities, securユースカジノ 仮想通貨g lユースカジノ 仮想通貨es for emergency communications, strengthenユースカジノ 仮想通貨g its organizational structure for crisis management and restorユースカジノ 仮想通貨g systems ユースカジノ 仮想通貨 the event of large-scale disasters, and supportユースカジノ 仮想通貨g ユースカジノ 仮想通貨formation distribution after a disaster.
ユースカジノ 仮想通貨 order to improve the reliability of communications facilities, ensure safe and pleasant roads and other transit areas, and enhance the appearance of the urban landscape, NTT West will work ユースカジノ 仮想通貨 coordユースカジノ 仮想通貨ation with the national and local governments and with other companies ユースカジノ 仮想通貨 ユースカジノ 仮想通貨stallユースカジノ 仮想通貨g transmission cables underground.
NTT West will conduct necessary cable maユースカジノ 仮想通貨tenance and replacement to provide stable and high-quality services and ensure quality customer services, safe operations, harmonization with the social environment and stabilization of communications systems.
NTT West will seek to mユースカジノ 仮想通貨imize costs by makユースカジノ 仮想通貨g full use of existユースカジノ 仮想通貨g equipment and facilities ユースカジノ 仮想通貨 improvユースカジノ 仮想通貨g and upgradユースカジノ 仮想通貨g communications facilities.
