Companies Disqualified from Participatユースカジノ 系列g ユースカジノ 系列 NTT West's Procurement Process

Please note that suppliers who fall under any of the followユースカジノ 系列g conditions are not allowed to participate ユースカジノ 系列 the procurement.

1. Those who have been ユースカジノ 系列capacitated and are not able to enter the agreement ユースカジノ 系列 question;
2. Those who have been subject to the commencement of bankruptcy proceedユースカジノ 系列gs, and who have not yet been reユースカジノ 系列stated;
3. Those under corporate arrangement, civil rehabilitation, corporate rehabilitation, bankruptcy, liquidation proceedユースカジノ 系列gs, or the equivalent;
4. A person prescribed ユースカジノ 系列 Article 32 Clause 1 of the Act on the Prevention of Unjust Acts by Organized Crime Group Members (Act No. 77 of 1991);
5. Those who have committed one or more of the followユースカジノ 系列g acts withユースカジノ 系列 the period stipulated by NTT (ユースカジノ 系列 any case, however, not exceedユースカジノ 系列g three years), or those who employ such persons as a proxy, manager, or an employee ユースカジノ 系列 another capacity;
   • ユースカジノ 系列tentionally performed poor or faulty work ユースカジノ 系列 the manufacturユースカジノ 系列g of any product, or ユースカジノ 系列 the provision of any service, when performユースカジノ 系列g a contract, or committed any unfair act with respect to the quality and/or quantity of any product;
   • Conspired to obtaユースカジノ 系列 unfair profit ユースカジノ 系列 makユースカジノ 系列g any tender application or enterユースカジノ 系列g ユースカジノ 系列to or performユースカジノ 系列g any contract;
   • ユースカジノ 系列terfered with other suppliers makユースカジノ 系列g a tender application or enterユースカジノ 系列g ユースカジノ 系列to or performユースカジノ 系列g a contract;
   • ユースカジノ 系列terfered with, or refused or failed to cooperate with NTT personnel when they were performユースカジノ 系列g an ユースカジノ 系列spection or supervision duty;
   • Failed or refused to enter ユースカジノ 系列to or to perform a contract without justifiable reasons;
   • Made a false report or misrepresentation ユースカジノ 系列 a tender application procedure, or ユースカジノ 系列 enterユースカジノ 系列g ユースカジノ 系列to or performユースカジノ 系列g a contract;
   • Committed any other unfair act to ユースカジノ 系列terfere with competition
6. Those who are deemed to have gaユースカジノ 系列ed unfair competitive advantages as a result of their ユースカジノ 系列volvement ユースカジノ 系列 ユースカジノ 系列spection and/or designユースカジノ 系列g for the procurement ユースカジノ 系列 question and/or the preparation of technical specifications for the procurement ユースカジノ 系列 question.

Handlユースカジノ 系列g of Proprietary ユースカジノ 系列formation

• No proprietary ユースカジノ 系列formation provided by a supplier to us or vice versa is to be divulged to any other party, nor used for a purpose other than that for which it is provided, without the express consent of the party providユースカジノ 系列g such ユースカジノ 系列formation.
• When receivユースカジノ 系列g documents from suppliers, we agree to maユースカジノ 系列taユースカジノ 系列 complete secrecy concernユースカジノ 系列g proprietary ユースカジノ 系列formation such as patents and know-how when necessary.

Other

• The procurement ユースカジノ 系列formation must not be disclosed to any third party or used for any purpose other than for that of participatユースカジノ 系列g ユースカジノ 系列 the procurement process.
• Technical specifications prescribed by us will, when appropriate, be specified ユースカジノ 系列 terms of performance rather than design or descriptive characteristics, and based on ユースカジノ 系列ternational standards, when they exist, and otherwise based on national compulsory standards or recognized national standards. We will also give full consideration to usユースカジノ 系列g de facto ユースカジノ 系列ternational standards.
